Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their client's team in Overland Park, Kansas. This role is integral to ensuring exceptional service in a dynamic pharmacy environment. The position is fully on-site, providing an opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and triaging inbound phone calls.
  • Handling scheduling calls via dialer or outbound queues.
  • Gathering demographics, plan information, patient history, and other necessary data, documenting it in the pharmacy application.
  • Contacting physicians for missing or required information.
  • Processing document intake queue for pharmacy technician processing.
  • Preparing shipping materials for packing stations.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
